Legal Killing or "bombed" kaafir

Marriot-attack2 "Whoever kills a kafir dhimmi, then he will not smell the smell of paradise. But verily it is heaven scent wafted from the forty-year journey. "(Narrated by An Nasa'i. Sheikh Al-Albany said that this hadeeth saheeh)
Unbelievers are forbidden to be killed were three groups:1. Dhimmi kafir (unbelievers who pay the jizya / tributes are collected each year in exchange bolehnya they live in the country of the Muslims)2. Mu'ahad infidels (unbelievers who had been an agreement between them and the Muslims for not fighting within the agreed time)3. Musta'man infidels (unbelievers who received security guarantees from the Muslims or the majority of the Muslims)While unbelievers in addition to three above the infidel harbi, that is what should be fought.Here we show you some arguments that indicate illicit killing infidels in the above three groups deliberately.

[Prohibition of Killing the kafir dhimmi fulfilled Jizyah]

Allah Ta'ala says:قاتلوا الذين لا يؤمنون بالله ولا باليوم الآخر ولا يحرمون ما حرم الله ورسوله ولا يدينون دين الحق من الذين أوتوا الكتاب حتى يعطوا الجزية عن يد وهم صاغرون
"Fight those who believe not in Allah and not (also) to the day later and they do not forbid what has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger and no religion with the true religion (the religion of God), (ie the people), Book given to them, until they pay the jizya with their being in a state of obedient submission. "(Surat At-Tauba: 29)From 'Abdullah ibn' Amr, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,من قتل قتيلا من أهل الذمة لم يجد ريح الجنة وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة أربعين عاما
"Whoever kills a kafir dhimmi, then he will not smell the smell of paradise. But verily it is heaven scent wafted from forty years of travel. "(Narrated by An Nasa'i. Shaykh Al-Albani said that this hadeeth saheeh)

[Prohibition of Killing a Kafir Mu'ahad Has No Agreement to Make Warring]

Al-Bukhari hadith brings in Chapter "The sin of people who kill infidels mu'ahad without going through the right path". From 'Abdullah ibn' Amr, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,من قتل معاهدا لم يرح رائحة الجنة, وإن ريحها توجد من مسيرة أربعين عاما
"Who killed the infidel mu'ahad he will not smell the smell of paradise. But in real, it smells heavenly smell of forty-year journey. "(Narrated by Bukhari no. 3166)


[Prohibition of Killing Infidel Musta'man who have received security guarantees from the Muslims]

Allah Ta'ala says:وإن أحد من المشركين استجارك فأجره حتى يسمع كلام الله ثم أبلغه مأمنه ذلك بأنهم قوم لا يعلمون
"And if one of the idolaters ask thee protection, then protect it so that he could hear the word of God, then antarkanlah it into a safe place for him. So it caused them a people who do not know. "(Surat At-Tauba: 6)
From 'Ali ibn Abi Talib, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,ذمة المسلمين واحدة يسعى بها أدناهم
"Dhimma the Muslims is one, cultivated by people who are at the bottom (even)". (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

An rahimahullah Nawawi said, "What is meant by dhimma in the above hadith is jaminam security. Meaning that the security of the Muslims to the heathen that are legitimate (recognized). Therefore, anyone who provided security guarantees of a Muslim is forbidden on other Muslims to bother him as long as he is still in the guarantee of security. "(Syarh Muslim, 5 / 34)

The killing of infidels who are in agreement with the Muslims by mistake, Allah Almighty has required the blood money and kafaroh as his word,وإن كان من قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق فدية مسلمة إلى أهله وتحرير رقبة مؤمنة فمن لم يجد فصيام شهرين متتابعين توبة من الله وكان الله عليما حكيما
"And if he (the killed) from the (unbelievers) that there is agreement (peace) between them with you, then (let the killer) to pay blood money handed to his family (he was killed) as well as freeing a believing slave. He who does not get it, then he (the killer) fast two consecutive months as a way of repentance to God. And Allah is Knower, Wise. "(Surah An Nisaa ': 92)
